With all due respect, no. Zn oil and gas could have another news update that does not difinitively decide if there is oil and gas.
For example, they could relase another update they have completed another well casing deeper down which may or may not show evidence of oil and gas at a commercial level.
The fate of zion oil COULD be concluded this week, but it may NOT be, it could take much longer, and more press releases. Zion has shown a history of press releases which, even tho they may affect the PPS, dont really mean they have/have not struck oil.
