Funny- the co was going to raise the AS -- RS was never in the co's thoughts. The AS raise was CANCELED an taken care of with other means!
Thoroughly read the Co. PR's- NO RS

I have been in several R/S through my time but this won't or shouldn't at this point due to OS not close to maxed yet. Key is toxic debt here and dilution that is why only taking a small position here for now. Let me see what the pattern of trading is. |Haven't been watching this.
