Yes it has now and that is a good thing. Only saw it there earlier. Wish we would have had better response from the market. The whole r/s news has really shook the market. In most people's eyes it is bad for the investor. Hard to get past that. Still there should be could be some opportunities between now and then for some nice gains if people can get past it.
