A reservation means a customer is 'entitled' to use of the robot. It's the same concept as making a reservation for an airline ticket. You don't own the seat, but your entitled to it (as per your reservation).
Put another away ... I BELIEVE IT MEANS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED AN OPERATING LEASE for a 2 - 3 year period. Similar to when business customers lease office equipment, or a consumer leases a car. At the end of the lease, the customer will have the option to return or buy the robot
