Now seems to me JT has had his finger in this for a long time. KBM is owed a lot of shares or there money back at the least. I know they haven't been paid because JT tweeted or released a PR awhile back about CHIF paying for it but looking through CHIF stuff they haven't paid for it. Scroll to the bottom that is where the information is with all the conversions.
Question is does baritiz have 5 million preferred shares if CHIF never paid the debt? KBM is owed a lot of share. Then there is a line of 5 million converting to 50 billion oh my what have I stumbled across but maybe this is all dealt with.
oh don't forget the words irrevocably and non refundable are all over that including the TA being on the hook for KBM shares maybe that why they froze everything and will not accept the re-org read for yourselves
