Very well done. I like the timeline you put together that shows the progression of the EV Technology R&D. We can see some other possible companies coming into the Holding company, unless they were already absorbed into ZJMY. They may remain as ZJMY subsidiaries.

It looks like the following company of Han Jianfang is a separate entity from Wang's Wuhu Huaba Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd, since it has a greater Registered capital. It could come into the holding company as well if it isn't part of ZJMY already.

I believe the company Flo describes is a different company.

In 2016, Han partners with Jinbo Investment Holdings and sells them control of Wuhu Hua Ju Electric Vehicle Technology Co. He becomes Chief Technology Officer of Zhong Ji Ming Yang (ZJMY)…

Floridany's post is talking about Wuhu Huabao (Wuhu Panther) Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd.

According to Riskstorm, Wuhu Huaju Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd has a Registered capital of 22.5 million yuan.

Wuhu Huaba Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd has a registered capital of 10 million yuan.

ZJMY owns a 70% stake in Wuhu Huaba Electric Vehicle Company. I don't believe Wuhu Huaju Electric Vehicle Technology Co. Ltd. became Wuhu Huaba Electric Vehicle Co. Ltd.. If it did, then the new company, Wuhu Huaba, should show at least 22.5 million in registered capital.

For that, I think they are 2 separate companies. However, Wuhu Huaju EV Technology Co. could have been absorbed into ZJMY along with Wuhu Huaba. Their combined registered capital gets closer to ZJMY's 50 million yuan registered capital.

Great chronology which coincidentally syncs up with what China has been working on for the past 10 years in the e.v industry. All this certainly didn't happen over night and China, surprisingly is leading the world in renewable energy, particularly solar and wind farms. Murica, is surprisingly well behind living in the nostalgic coal and oil era and isn't necessarily making any reformations with it's current regime in place.

Ironically, with China's uninhabitable conditions from there toxic waste problems, they are spear heading a new paradigm that is shifting away from the oil/coal aristocratic business that are no longer conceivably beneficial to our environment. What they're doing is scalable and profitable, not to mention clean.

ZJMY happens to be one of the participants in the emerging growth of new clean technologies and economies in China that has been in the works for years that are starting to make an impact now and are already the world leaders. It's no wonder why they are the most aggressive in propagating their electric cars into the mainstream while modifying their whole grid system with the full on support from their government. They're keen on finding a way to create less to zero emissions that mitigates their carbon footprint, while making tons of profit in the process with cleaner technologies...

It's time to get on in the bandwagon now, because they're showing the rest of the world, it can be done, cleanly and profitably. Just imagine how far ahead they'll be in years to come...
