initially it was a distribution partnership.. that turned out into a 180K cash out regional rights.. last year or so.. IMO is irrelevant to the growth of PLSB as a co.. let's not forget many big guys fallow this model of franchising out their ops.. and some are actually chomping out in many many ticker symbols that cash out for the same ops.. kinda fishy if you ask me.. as they comingle sales and reporting to the extent of selling more shares then the actual worldwide reported sales..lol..
