Back when that 8k was released I emailed Biocorrx Investor Relations asking about concern I had... I know nothing about anti dilution and I questioned them if this was harmful... this is the response email I received:
The most recently filed 8K is actually good news for investors. The only effect of lifting the anti-dilution provisions is that it eliminates a reset provision from prior financing and gets rid of the derivative liability. In no way does it harm investors, and in fact is a big positive since we no longer have derivative liability on the balance sheet.
