Could you or someone please provide a link to SEC/NASDAQ regs, that states specifically what the maximum number of times a stock can be extended? If it was in that link you provided, I missed it. I've looked for it before but found nothing specific. It's like that for a reason so NASDAQ can rule on a case by case basis, I'm guessing. Also, if the extension is not granted, how long does it take the appeals process to play out? Days, weeks, months?

I don't think delisting is the real issue, nor the subject of anticipated news tomorrow. I think that there will be a PR tomorrow morning premarket based solely on the fact that CYTR's website has been down for an extended period of time. I just checked it again. Whatever the news relates to is the question nobody has the answer to. Not that I can tell. Lot's of opinions and speculation from both sides. Tomorrow, the truth. Good news will wipe out the SHORTS, and turn our frown upside down! :D
