Quick question - It lists FHFA, Mel Watt and then US Treasury specifically as defendants... are you sure if he left the role he wouldn't be responsible for his past actions towards FnF?

In his capacity as Director he will also have the benefit of the government bankroll to defend this with nothing more than delays and continuances until he is dead and buried. It's a nice notion, but several years too late and thus a Hail Mary.
