Maybe because they wouldn't mention franchising in their official PR, if they weren't planning on it. IMO, that has been the best news so far and it isn't really being talked about. The 1st franchising contract will send this past 10 cents and even further. And probably uplist to a better board. KNSC has major plans that are being executed.
