They choose to be public to access $$$.

Most OTC companies can only access $$$ in that way.

Nothing special there.

Not really worried about the debt per say , as Mr.Berman takes us to a whole new level, with increase in income , he will wipe out the debt as needed , maybe discounted...... did not invest in the stock , mostly because of Steve Berman , the CEO & his track record,,,,,,,IMO///GLTY
