If drexler has 18m here , the only "asset" he has is the A/R which is currently at 15m according to the last 10Q.

Intangible assets such as brand are listed at 2m.

Inventory is 6m.

It's not ideal knowing the entire fate is in Drexlers hand , but it's also nice to know he stands to lose a lot if he fails .
