Actually, your are totally wrong.
NSAV is listed as a filer until the file the proper SEC 15 reports.

They are at this time able to be a fully reportable OTCBB company.

Nonfilers are the companies who filed the reports.

They are just late or behind on the filings.

The only filings since 2012 are 13 and 14 reports. beyond the scope of form 4/5, *k, 10Q's and 10K's.
