Doesn't seem like something HAON would do. We'll see. Seems that future acquisitions would have to meld well with what they currently have so that they can economize and blend into a salable enterprise as a new spin-off.
MJ does not fit as I see it unless they branch out to a whole new arena. Production and sales as well as 'economizing potential' are too weakly defined in the MJ industry. Too new. Not established. Hard to create efficiency without an extensive history of performance to examine for streamlining.
The announcement of the most recent acquisition should be most definitive of what direction they intend to pursue.
