TEK, Any possibility that were are in a Reverse Merger situation similar to what Dr. Pat SOON-S just did with Altor BioScience? This seems to be his trademark move. This is also how he got his start with Abraxane and American Pharmaceutical Partners.
Shareholders (Altor) sued, got a better deal/BO in the end. SK got crappy deal. This could explain why several details left out of 8K, lack of PR, or company concern for de-list etc. Thoughts?
