The overall DOW market would be relevant if the TMPS volume were higher, but the volume is too low. Volume was higher in the second half of the day, but still low because nobody wants to buy this stock.
The fact that the EOD trades were what they were means that Tempus concedes that they cannot grow on fundamentals alone. They are depending on noob investors getting swindled in at high prices.
