Based on what? A lot of talk but no action by FHFA or Treasury. FNMA hit $2.80 early today on about 1 million shares. 1.5 million shares sold last 6 hours of trading day and closed red.

For all the hype, sellers still willing to sell and shorters willing to short. Hope is not an investment strategy.
