If Tempus executives and employees wash traded the stock to manipulate it up, and everyone believed that it was indeed manipulation, wouldn't that defeat the purpose of doing it in the first place? The purpose is to fool the unsuspecting investor new to TMPS.

All I'm saying is that if they wanted to do it, they could easily do it and not get caught. That's how it works in the OTC.
