Where or how did you hear the number 6 billion -they are presently
only authorized for 3 billion -is there a proposal for further authorization (someone mentioned a shareholder meeting proposed for
OCT ???? -they have enough shares with insiders ,to manipulate a vote . and OCT sounds about right by calculations -PLEASE read my
