Here's a law of gravity for ya. SPC£ announced a r/s (virtually the same way FRZT has) to occur at a later date with a r/m
People scared of the "looming r/s" sold their positions immediately and the price dropped to .0001.
Then people who focused more on the potential of the r/m, and saw there was plenty of time to make money before the r/s, bought large positions anyone could afford at .0001.
The price of the stock jumped to the teens and ultimately to 2 cents twice!
A second 8k was released announcing the r/m was closed and the r/s was deferred by the company. It didn't even happen! And those who bought big at .0001 and/or rode it out, made a killing!
I'm not saying that is going to happen here at FRZT but...
Those who "buy the rumor, sell on the news" miss the big run entirely and provide a terrific buying opportunity for those smart enough to buy in.
