I say you email him and ask. I'm shocked no one has emailed him asking him what the hold up is with the financials he's been touting the past couple of months.

It's alarming bc the SEC suspends for 3 reasons: fraud in the filings, suspicious trading (insiders, manipulation etc) and delinquency. This stock is trading large volumes and has been delinquent too long in my opinion.

Common sense does not run high on this board. The significance has been very apparent for a long time now. Imvho it is bigger than big, so much so, that lawyers reviews and releases have been thwarted by nda's. I think alot has been thwarted dating back to those financials, and if it relates to National Security and worldwide, no law will force its early release in accordance with those laws. JMO, as i do not know much about the laws, but they do and will, legally, use this the best way they know how for the welfare of all the entities involved.
