In all cases Rossi tries to be as straightforward and transparent as he can be but it is unfortunate that many posters do not show him the respect that they should when he is trying to do the very best he can and give them the information that they're looking for.... Rozzi certainly must have thick skin as he is able to hold back and not tell some of these freaking guys to jump in a lake he responds with love when probably he is wishing that he could tell them to take a flying something-or-other at a rolling donut

I am still of the opinion that the audit is done and has been done for quite a while. Delay is due to something that occurred in the 1st Q of this year. I believe Dr. Penny mentioned something about the company issuing shares to "someone" for either services or issued shares to payoff debt. The dumping has been going on for all this while and when it's complete, the audit will be filed. At that point in time, the company is cleared to soar......and then the 10Q can be filed w/the disclosure of some sort that I've mentioned above.....but who would care at that point if they are already doubling and tripling their money.

I'm not bashing, and holding my shares, it will work out, but this endless run around is more than meets the eye. Before you tongue lash me wait and see what's in the first Q.
