In the 8 months since he's responded enough to buy time I would think, unaudited financials, new events, responded to sec questions, new auditor...
Is he scared of misleading investors after shrikeli got convicted, is he worried it's gonna happen, is he trying to buy more before releasing 10k, are auditors delayed again?
