Yankee. The big deal is it removes 100 million shares out of the float! That alone intensifies supply & demand here. He can sell his stake in the company anytime he wants. But he didn't start this thing & work this hard to give it away before he gets Truxmart on the shelves of Autozone or reaches $50,000,000 in revenue.
This action will not cause dilution. Actually, just the opposite.
The over all value of the company will not change. It will just be more concentrated in less public shares. I'm loving the move.
