BR you have been an unwavering supporter for FDBL , but you have to see how this new development could dampen ongoing support for FDBL. Negotiated funding sources for the new Fan Pass subsidiary won't help FDBL debt. It will take another year for this new OTC entity to hit the market. Prediction: One year from now a new OTC entity will hit the market and new unknowing investors will buy into a new scam. meanwhile FDBL will continue to languish as there is no reason to invest in a dying company. It does appear to look like a scam. For the sake of those of us who held out hope for this company I hope I am wrong. GLTA
