TMPS float has grown 20X in a year. It went from 474,000 to 11 million, which is when the OS dilution started. The OS doubled in a few months from 11 mil to 20 mil and counting.

Tempus is the one stock that has been very heavily diluted in 2017 and is expected to be diluted for the next year at least.
