well 8% of a 200 to 500 Bill USD asset , FEC has 483 mill shares, so guess, with the risk of a moratorium taken away and a well financed partner to partner up and exploit .....my guess is post announcement is 10 to 30 cents and once test drills confirm reserves than perhaps 1 usd + per share...............but its only a guess , at 20 cents you are only valuing company at 100 mill with an 8% stake, sounds cheap to me......we will only know when and if partnership confirmed and moratorium lifted.
