Thanks for the update. Certainly hopeful that good news is released soon. However I am realistic to not expect anything till end of summer. Please help me understand what you mean by "Shares are definitely locked"

Basically, the term "locked up shares" is a commonly used phrase on wall street. This is when lots of greedy yet patient investors accumulate and hold majority of the available shares of a particular ticker/company ,usually purchased via the open market.
Sometimes, the company itself may also choose to purchase and hold a large portion of their total available shares , whatever the case may be here, its consequential effects are usually highly savory.
