Just a few weeks ago EIPC had bounced 112.5% from the previous bottom 0.0008 to 0.0017. Now 0.0010 has formed a New Bottom. So EIPC should hit 0.0021 at least during this round of quick bounce...

Folks, let's Slap out those dirt cheap 0.001x shares to clear out the rough road to 0.002x price levels! Hopefully a couple of millions shares of Slapping actions will put EIPC on fire again!
