In this case I take rejection or RTA of the application is a material event for the co - so i think that the rejection needs to be PRed by mgmt.

Acceptance is not a material even as it now moves to next phase.

In that sense - I will go with non news is good news.

If Dr N is very enthu he may issue PR for acceptance

As long as they follow FDA's protocols volatility magnet, there should be no mistakes at all. Line up all the "DUCKS", (protocols) and you have success. If they don't, then it will be rejected and that surely will be MGMT's fault!
