As much as I agree letters of support are not rare.
This letter is a nomination for consideration to garner a high priority status for Potus homeland infrastructure agenda and can hardly be considered as a normal run-of-the-mill business endorsement letter of support.
Let's give credit , where credit is due.
It should not be downplayed
