Or she'll need to move the Marani Brands Inc. to Florida where Margrit's current incorporation is Marani Vodka Corp., clear up the name differences, and increase the authorized. Or perhaps she's intending to start a completely different company, leaving her previous shareholders high and dry.
It's a legal quagmire for Margrit and her insiders.
