Bling-compensation in the form of shares is completely different because it is tied directly to performance. Outside of Tacho S. and a few others Robin and Aiden have the most to gain by getting CCTC to commercial production. A salary, that is what I was addressing, is paid out of a public companies bottom line regardless of managements performance. With that said I hope you see the difference. Neither executive has received a red cent at the expense of share holders. At any public company, yes even without recenue, executives receive both a salary and stock.
