Eh, not saying I don't believe you, but I don't think a store manager would know these sorts of details.

If Parsi is sharing this information about a public company before sharing it with shareholders, and I'm presuming no NDAs were signed by the manager, this would be a breach of Regulation FD.

I do believe the store is on fire and there's a 45 min wait for a table. That's the kind of info a manager would have. Anything at the corporate level though, should be on the hush hush until it's revealed to everyone at the same time.
