That was a well articulate and judicious post of the truth. I couldn't agree with you more. Plus the patents and assets of our technology is worth substantially worth more than just 10's of millions of dollars imo, and that should be reflected in the upcoming consolidated financials...

Excellent post!

One of the things that will show up is the million dollars the employees put into the company buying those 10 million shares.

It may not show up in this filing, but it will come. It would be a nice kicker if they put out a pr confirming that happened while the sp is still below .10, as that would pretty much put us at least that high in a heart beat.

Keep posting. It's refreshing to hear from honest folks like you rather than those who are being dishonest and deceptive just so they can profit from the fear and doubt they are spewing.

A "shell" company is characterized by the absence of revenue generating operations. Is there anything in the Q report that suggests the company is earning revenues? Nope. So it is a shell.

You also incorrectly conclude from a one time, unaudited cash inflow to payment payment made "every quarter". Confusing facts with opinion.

And while you are on it, why don't you dig up that 50 million yuan in registered capital that mysteriously disappeared from paid-in capital?
