I just called the mining department down there and that permit #826-0588 is classed as "SP". I asked what that meant and they said suspended. Imho, if they were actively hiring....moving equipment etc like they said at the end of June and also back in May...I would think the first thing you would need to do is clear the permit. The phone number is 606-248-6166 if you would like to check for yourself. If they were having a problem with the permit but we're working on it, don't you think they would have notified their investors?
