There are 2 fda issues though:
FDA regarding cvsi-007
and
FDA regarding cbd oil as a supplement. FDA currently says no -> but is not enforcing as we know. They last sent warning letters out February 2016 to not advertise medical benefits for cbd oil.

I have been trying to get some insight where the latter issue will end up to no avail. Should have had micro ask at the meeting...
