Obviously our questions have touched a nerve. I'm going to choose to trust my broker and websites on this. I had done my research but was always confused by how we are constantly told how we would lose all our money if suspended. I was thinking I was missing something but I feel good about my choice. Doing your own DD is the only way to go.

NEWC is not a listed stock, so it cannot be delisted.

Instead, its registration is subject to revocation by the SEC for delinquent filings.

Revoked registration is infinitely worse than being delisted, since it means the stock will no longer trade anywhere.
