I was in BB too. But yeah...why would TMobile allow the cash collateral until Oct 31 if they were planning to tear it all down.

It appears there is a tug of war for priority..just guessing...and that TMobile wants Foxx to be a subordinate lien holder.

Probably saying that wrong but essentially TMo wants to be on top.
