It's nice to try to be positive but at some point you have to take things for face value. I think they chose to move on from the patents and NOLS. Bringing old shareholders in to slice the pie would be more trouble than it's worth. If they was going to buy us out they would have done it in the beginning. Why build up a company to it's full strength then try to purchase old assets? Let's not forget they have sold many parts of that old company and no one was interested in our part and that was probably due to the fact you would have to make old shareholders whole. Only a very small percentage of cases help old shareholders and that is only when the judge says so or they deem the assets too big to leave behind. I personally will not invest in any bankruptcy stocks moving forward. If you read the post exel put up it deliberately leads you on to believe that old shareholders were included but with a little research you find out the same thing happened to them as our case. I'm starting to figure out this game and it takes advantage of people who hope for better days. In order to be successful you have to do your own DD and you can't rely on word of mouth. When you do you end up being a bagholder like us. I will keep my shares in my portfolio just in case and also as a reminder.

There is precedence with Carmike Cinemas. And they didn't have Nols or foundational patents extremely pertinent to the internet. Especially mobile. I strongly believe it is not a matter of if but when and how much
