Thank you for posting this. These last 5 points apply to almost every lame-brained consumer tax that has ever been devised. So, why do they keep doing it? Simple, to get the spending either started or increased for a pet program based on these fantasy tax revenues which then become "necessary" to tax another way to keep going. Like nobody is smart enough to see through the scam. Anyway, it's all good news for functional drinks....for now.
