Traders are here for a bounce trade, this is a short term trade for most,
few will be in this after a couple of weeks. RETC has moved past short term resistance and the next level of resistance is at .98/$1.00 area. RETC is worth a trade! This is heavily shorted, hopefully the short covering with help move the price up.
