Hmmm, this is odd - I went to https://www.texasfile.com/search/texas/pecos-county/county-clerk-records/

Registered - then searched for Hayes Parker and MMEX.

Hayes Parker came back with 3 results the latest was 07/20/2009.

And Zero Results for MMEX Resources.

Then I went to the Pecos County Property Assessor: http://www.pecoscad.org/(S(e3sjid55c3d42trxi1u3kvf1))/search.aspx?clientid=pecoscad

And there are only 3 entries for Hayes Parker.

For MMEX there isn't any results.

You didn't provide any links - how about a screenshot for verification.
