They Anticipate 1st filings and news to hit THIS SUMMER. Im holding onto that statement coming straight from managements mouth. I don't care what day as long as its this summer. (Sooner the better though)!

I am not so concerned about filings. They often take more time than expected. They will get released eventually. However, the company stated that they would be giving "in-depth reports" this summer. and I would like to see that happen even if financials take longer.
If someone happens to talk to Bob again. Please ask about this.
