Well i just called us highland and a secratary answered very professional i asked for investor relations and she transfered me prob gone to lunch regardless this will go they are in acquisition mod so they will pick something up for sure this is so thin the slightest pr gets us to a penny
I was thinking they took down the CG FB post because the deal is finalized and that FB post made the deal sound questionable.
Why didnt they just edit the post to say the deal is finalized one might ask. Because you are not supposed to release merger news on FB before you release a PR or filing.
Why did that investor take down the 30-45 days for the deal to close. Because he was probably told that was not kosher releasing unannounced merger details.
