Are you talking about the company that was to get the CTO rescinded?? If so and I can only speak about what Joel said personally on that item. He said the fee was too much so he backed out. After he had already sent these responses to me on PM

All payments made we just need them to update and fix I will get it done

Sedar needed updated audited fins up to feb 2015 and 15,000 dollars to get it free, i will get my fins done, And working on my going up so I promise you this will get done
