They had a falling out with a previous auditor who lost their license.. which then needed to be redone! We've had positive tweets that have indicated they're very close to done... if not completely done! It'll happen soon for sure! Buy the rumor, sell the news right?

I believe their priority is growing the business AND becoming current AND resolving their other issues. The share price will take care of itself. The fun part is getting in early and watching things unfold.
