I think some shorts covered yesterday, roughly 300k shares or so. Not many shorts left I think?

I dont believe penny flippers are the reason for the PPS. I believe they are paying off some debt or Chong for endorsements. Ive seen this on many stocks in the OTC and its only announced much later when they're done dumping. In any case, paying for marketing and advertising is generally a good sign.

Either way I'm happy with their performance and do believe they will continue to grow and show positive results. PPS will increase eventually so I'm not worried about the last couple weeks. I added more to my position in the last weeks and in for the long ride.
