INOH never said it was going to open a marijuana dispensary ... I never saw any such claim by the company. So the fact that it cost $2M to open one? So??

No such claim by the company. Ever.

The business venture that is coming is clearly just being established. IMO, it will not be established tomorrow morning or the day after. Takes time and patience.
